Terms of Service

By accessing or using Notatek's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Notatek provides signage, branding, and marketing services including but not limited to: electric signs, vehicle wraps, promotional products, print marketing, and trade show displays.

All project specifications, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in individual quotes or contracts provided for each engagement.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Custom projects require approval of proofs before production. Client approval serves as authorization to proceed.

Payment terms will be specified in individual quotes and invoices. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon receipt of invoice.

For custom projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. The specific deposit amount will be outlined in your quote.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges and/or suspension of services.

All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be added to the final invoice.

Delivery and installation timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.

Client is responsible for ensuring site readiness for installation appointments. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled installations due to site issues.

Risk of loss for shipped products transfers to the client upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Installation services are subject to site inspection and may require additional permits or approvals from local authorities.

Notatek warrants that all products and services will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified in your quote or contract.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation (if not performed by Notatek), misuse, accidents, or natural disasters.

Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product or service, at our discretion.

In no event shall Notatek be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

All designs, artwork, and creative materials produced by Notatek remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the final approved designs for the intended purpose only.

Client is responsible for ensuring they have rights to any logos, images, or content provided to Notatek for use in projects.

Notatek reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Utah state law.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
